Red Door Communications has a competitive salary structure and benefits package including private health insurance.  Employees are able to join the stakeholder pension scheme once their probationary period is completed.  After a year of continuous employment they can then join the company pension scheme – rdc is prepared to invest at 5% provided the employee does the same.  Team members at rdc are entitled to 25 days holiday per year.
