Growing with RDC
At rdc we know that our people are our greatest asset. The on-going training of our team members at all levels enables us to develop professional and personal skills as well as keep a happy and motivated team.
Upon arrival at rdc each team member is given a detailed job description that outlines their responsibilities – they are also paired with a line manager and mentor to help them put a personal development plan in place.
We use appraisals – which take place at least every six months - to ensure we hear our team’s views and address any issues.
Red Door Communications was recognised as an `Investor in People’ in December 2002 for its commitment to its staff and gained the revised standard in 2005.
